— manish jadhav
hi, i'm manish.
i build things.
mostly software, sometimes teams, sometimes small tools i wish existed. currently running inoltro digital, a small AI product studio in pune.
before that, twelve years shipping software across fintech, sports, hiring and civic tech. software architect at Saavi, full-stack at Excellarate, research associate at Glasgow, and a handful of stops in between.
i read a lot, write occasionally, and ship small public artifacts when the mood strikes.
a verifiable compute grid that runs in browser tabs. a Rust-to-WASM kernel, untrusted nodes checked against each other, shipped to production, and an honest verdict on what it's worth.

all projects →from the garden
all notes →- 2026→◐When the Pinned Instance Wedged
The series ended with the coordinator on one pinned Cloud Run instance. Two days later it wedged under real WebSocket load, and the honest fix was to leave serverless for a plain VM.
- 2026→●Shipping It, and the Honest Scorecard
The grid goes live at pi.inoltro.tech, 12.1 billion verified darts come back, and I tally up what this project is actually worth.
- 2026→●It Was Never About Pi
Pi was a stand-in. The real test of the grid was whether a second, genuinely different workload could run through the coordinator without touching a line of its core.
- 2026→●Track Core Web Vitals in a Google Sheet, without BigQuery
A small Apps Script recipe that pulls Chrome UX Report data into a spreadsheet on a schedule. Real field data, no BigQuery, no Looker, about eighty lines.
